I, Nishikant was traveling from Indian railways during that train has taken the hault on daund I went out to buy packaged drinking water and some breverages like buscuit, chips and other eatables. On that time i have seen that on every station shopkeeper were charging Rs.2 extra on Mrp of every pakaged Materials. When I asked them, Why they are charging this rs2 extra that time they said, If you want to buy then buy otherwise dont. Then I check Following station to check the rates and every one of them were chargin Extra rs for the packeged items.
