i have a prepaid gang card purchased last year. i was told i have a wap service which will be free for next two years (until its validity). few days back my balance used to get deducted daily. on 8 sept i recharged and the very next morning i found my balance nil. i asked the customer care about this but they told me that the charges are applicable for using wap services. I had purchased kitchen steel basket from A PRAVIN & CO(JAMNAGAR) on 7-9-09. The steel basket were of wrong design and size (17″). I had to return it to the shop owner Mr chetan Mehta for replacement. When he delivered the right size(16″) he charged me another Rs 1000 for replacement and even done with rude and indecent behaviour.
