broadband : wrong billing
I had submitted my broadband modem set in ok condition on 1st of June 2009 for desconnection of my internet connection (CA No. 2071229881)
Now, in my telephone bill a sum of Rs. 1500/- is charged for modem, reason being ‘breakage’. THE MODEM THAT I HAD SUBMITTED WAS IN ABSOLUTE OK CONDITION. I HAVE GOT THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT THAT WAS ISSUED TO ME FROM MTNL AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION.

I’m (Mobile No: 9342452550) subsribed to DND service and all of a sudden today 25-July-2009 from morning 5:01 AM on wards I’m getting flooded with SMS till now 12 of them from 51234 (Reliance No) and as per DOT policy this should not have happened and that to Early in the morning is unbelieveable and totally unexpectable.
