For issue of new gas connection, M/s Shirish and Co. Navjivan Mangal Karyalaya, Jalgaon has charged me Rs. 4710/ and have refused to issue a receipt for the full amount. Harrasment by caller from 01145546703 (Delhi)identifies himself as vipul gupta from citibank
I had registered a complaint against the same person yesterday and I am yet to geta follow up. However inspite of obtaining the settlement paper this person who identifies as vipul gupta and calls from 01145546703 behaves in a very haunting and incorrigible manner.
