Sim card Is blocked or not working

Respected Sir,
I am Debasish Paul. Before Durga Puja, I have purchased a SIM which would be connected with Airtel Company. The number is 9007392458. Two or three week ago, My incoming and outgoing process was ended. Now, the SIM has become totally inactive. There is core balance more than Rs.40/-. My another connection number is 9804030372.
SMS service on my mobile

Few days back i received a message from AD-54321 saying “you have been renewed for SMS subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs.10”. I was surprised to see this as i never subscribed for any of such service.
This is really annoying that Airtel starts any service on their own and debit the amonut from account vigorously.
