I have purchased Autocop Trackpro TP3000 (Id No. 13895) from Autocop for my car DL 1C Q 8497 on 01/05/2014 with bill and start using the same. In last 8 month I have filed more that 20 Complaints for the improper functioning of the device which was changed twice by the company but still it is not working properly. Everytime I call them they send engineer who make it work temporarily. The device is not serving its purpose hence I have told them for refund but the company is not agreeing for the same.

The basic product given by company is faulty and does not properly even after many trials. I am under severe agony by purchasing this device
