Aviva Life Insurance and Club Max has lootofied me in my case where Agent of Aviva, Mr Amit Singhania/Ankit Gupta was involved in fradulent selling to me and has duped in my Rs 345,000. The sequence of whole incident is given below: First let me share my aviva policy details: Aviva Policy Number: 10096413, Plan: Aviva Dhan Samruddhi, Term: 10 years Premium: 45,000/- Rs Annually Advisor Details: Insurance Broker: Individual Agent, Advisor name- Anikit Gupta, Insurance Agent / Insurance Broker License Number: 3943905, Insurance Agent / Insurance Broker Code: 60102487 Address: 99, Purani Najbaee, Jalaun, Uttar Pradesh, 285123 Mobile Number: 9891488201 Email Address: anurag.gupta@birlasunlifeelite.com Basically a person representing himself as Amit Singhania, Aviva Processing Department Head, [am sure this is not his real name, nor is his designation] gave me call to conn me to invest in aviva life insurance plan on December 26, 2014. His phone number are as given below: 09716307xxx, 08510844xxx, 7503585xxx, 8802656xxx, 7428645xxx, 01143089xxx, 01142139xxx [last two are landline numbers from which I got call initially, but they are no more working now, rest all mobile numbers are active and running]. Firstly I would like to know his real name as he is an agent of Aviva Life Insurance and has sold me a policy. The fact that my cheque has ultimately reached aviva means that there is some connection in this whole case between Aviva and this agent. Moreover Aviva Life Insurance Company is bound by the act of their agent and hence fraud by its agent tantamounts to fraud by Aviva Life Insurance Company. Coming back to the my incident, Amit called me on my mobile on December 26 and told me that Aviva has introduced a special anniversary plan for its existing selected policy holders [I am already having term insurance policy of Aviva for 2 crores]. If I invest one time Rs 45,000 , I will be getting double of that i.e. Rs 90,315 as my maturity after 5 years. Not only that, I will be getting Rs 22,500 back as commission after 15 days of issuance of policy and also medical insurance of 15 lacs for all my family members which is valid for 15 years. The reason they gave me for giving 50% commission is that since this is direct selling of company and no agent is involved, I am eligible for commission. Amit told me that to get this special plan, you need to clear one call from aviva which will state to you the benefits of the plan, which will be different from what we are saying to you on call. Amit told me that whatever benefits of plan aviva team states on call, you just have to say yes and clear the call. Since this is a special anniversary plan, whatever special benefits i have committed on the call will be given to you in writing on separate bond paper along with the fact that I am eligible for Rs 22,500 as commission.
