Xolo mobile – defected piece and service

I have purchased XOLO Q1000 mobile on 8th march2014, since then I am facing lots of problem. From the begening there was receiver problem. I have given it to Ahmedabad’s Bapunagar service center on 17th may2014,and rather getting solution it has raised one more problem of charging indication. Again I have given it to service center on 18th may2014 and they sent mobile to company to repair it. Service center person told me within 15 days mobile will come back. I am frequently contacting on service center and not getting proper answer when mobile will come (Already 26 days passed). I have contacted on 1800 30 100 104 four time they also says they will help to sent mobile as soon as possible but I don’t receive any output. My last conversation reference number with customer care executive is 310000432263 with Rishipal sinh

I want my mobile back or replace defected handset if possible and compensation for my time wastage for following them by wasting my time and money by visiting again and agian service center.
