I am Mr.Sandipkumar Balubhai Patel,possessing policy number:YSC2956059,with product name Aviva New Young Scholar Plan.
I paid annual premium of Rs.51000 each for the first three years from 19/06/2010-the date of commencement of policy. As I was not in a financial position to pay premium further,I put the policy on “discontinue “mode on 30.01.2013.The fund value was Rs.136000 according to your office sources at this time. When I inquired about the status of my policy in July 2013 through my reletive,it was shocking to learn that my policy is auto closed. Though the policy is auto closed.

I am a farmer who is not much educated about the complexities of stock market.I fail to understand how your fund managers have made my 153000 of premium to less than 51000 to attract provision under 6b of the policy terms. Under section 6b, I am entitled for the termination notice of the policy. The notice was also not served to me.

You are kindly requested to look into the matter and redress my grievances.
