Dear Sir

My vehicle was submerged in water in flooded parking area as a result of heavy rain.I took the vehicle to service centre after that.During that time my car was running properly and service engineer did not report any major problem.So I told them to just wash the vehicle and dry out the seat and carpet of the car.But the very next day they told me that the engine of car is not starting and they wud need to repair the vehicle.Since major expense was involved in that case I decided to go for insurance claim.I have car insurance through bajaj allianz.My claim was registered but after 1 week insurance company is informing me that my claim has been rejected because the vehicle was dismantled when the surveyor went there for survey.But the service engineer had taken out only seat and carpet from the car.from the very 1st day the car was with service station only and I have not taken the car back.So i fail to understand what change was there just because of cleaning the car that they rejected my claim.Its important to npte here that service station has tie up with the bajaj allianz and still they are rejecting the claim.

Also because of lack of communication from their side my car has been lying there for more than 1 week.
