I bought a few gifts for my wife missed her birthday which was more than a month after her birthday And the explanation I got from the so called customer support, not supportive at all by the way was terrible. Same goes for email and call support. I want to file a case with the consumer court against Awari Technologies that is the company that runs this platform. My order number is 110019346. My order was placed on 5th of November which included 3 products out of which one I received on 19th November which is in mentioned timeline now other two products there was no update no response till 20 25 days and then when I called the customer support they tell me its a problem from the vendors side and when I was upset the lady from the other end told me that its now like that you have not received anything we have sent you part order. Well I did not pay for part order I paid for whole damn thing. Anyways there is no reply to the emails for days and again when I call the customer support they tell me different reasons every time particularly they say the quality was not right so they sent it back to the vendor. Now the funny part is they listed same products at least 3 times since I placed the order. Again the guy told me for sure they will acquire the product and I will receive it in a week max. Then again nothing I call again for the order placed on 5th November on 16th December and the guy tells the order is ready for dispatch and I will get both the shipping details for both products the following day that is 17th December. Next Day I get shipping details for only one product. Now on 19th December I get a call regarding cancellation of another order I had placed on 7th December saying that the vendor does not have the listed product. See this is a cash on delivery order so that wasn’t a big deal for them anyways I ask the person what about my earlier order then he or she says that its not under his authority and when I demanded to speak to an authorized person I was told that I will get a call regarding the same by 6 PM. I called the customer support after waiting till 7 pm and then I am being told that I have already been informed that the order has been cancelled and I have been mailed too. Can’t believe people can lie so bluntly to a customer. They said they have that on recording so do I. I have kept all the calls and emails recorded also I have the screen shots of the same products listed again and again. I’ve been cheated and I want fashion and you to take back all products and refund all my money and I want interest on the price of products you dint deliver.
