I am Axis Bank Home Loan customer a/c PH1260100074461 from last 4-5 years. Recently I applied for Top-up Loan (application iD: 1421004) which got sanctioned on 5th Oct 2013 (SMS Proof from Axis Bank) My processing cheque was deducted on 18th Oct 2013 (Bank Statement Proof), But till date I haven’t got my loan disbursement. On regular follow-up with Bank/Sales person, Initially was told delay is since the person who collected all my documents has resigned and even after new sales guy was assigned, still its more than a month that loan is not disbursed. On further enquiry, I was told that Axis Bank doesn t have my original Sales Deed which is a shocking news for me, Property Papers were collected from Builder on 25 May 2011 ( I have stamped receiving from Axis Bank). It looks like either Bank has lost my property papers or haven’t been able to locate it. In both the cases , its affecting me financially (Due to delay in Loan) and mental harassment due to lackluster attitude of Axis Bank staff and not able to locate my papers.
