Axis Bank – called the several times and they have not responded properly.

I had raised a request for a cheque book issue on 6th November 2013. The branch has send the cheque book to a wrong address. I desperately needed the cheque book to withdraw my PF account as there was an urgent monetary need.

I want the cheque book that has been delivered on the wrong address to be cancelled so that it is not misused. I also want monetary compensations(as applicable) for my troubles and the harassment. Also it must be considered that I wanted the cheque book urgently as I had urgent need of money
