All these years my payments were timely and no errors whatsoever. However, due to change in job my salary gets credited only on the 5th of every month and toward the end of the day. I face cheque bounces every month as a result of this. The collections agency, instead of calling me, they’re calling my Father and my home number and harassing everyone. I guess this is something unprofessional and unnecessary.

Either a change in the EMI date or contact me directly instead of calling anyone else, who has no clue whatsoever about these details.
