Axis Bank Communication Address Change Not Done

I have a axis bank account at silchar branch for past 7 years. 6 years back I moved to delhi and applied for address change. I was in delhi for 3 years but never received any communication regarding address change. Then we shifted to kolkata. Now we shifted back to delhi at a different address from the previous one. Now we came to know that the previous address of delhi is showing in account details. So we requested for new address change which was done successfully as per great colony branch. 4 days back we received a call from blue dart guy that your new debit card cannot be delivered as its on your old address and the card will go back to the corporate office. When we called customer centre they told they sometime tell they have old address and sometime new address. So i went to krishna nagar branch. There also they had new address details. Right now I checked blue dart reference no. For consignment which shows my card has been sent to silchar branch, the place I left 7 years back. Customer care people are not bothered even. Sometimes they say the complain is registered, sometimes say no complains are there. Now they have started disconnecting my call even. Debit card to be delivered at my present address and whatever compensation you can make them pay.
