I Sivanand Pattabhi, due to some financial issues I’m unable to pay the credit card balances, even explained to those call center executives. It is for few months, and for this AXIS Bank Credit Card people added outstanding balance into my savings account that to without prior intimation. Due to this my savings account balance becomes negative and I kept some amounts for other ECS and POD clearances, but the cheques are bounced due to negative balance of Rs.36116.54/-. This thing happened in month of feb, 2013 and they blocked the card in same month. And I paid amount of Rs.37000/- on Apr 22, 2013 that shown in lien balance, then amount in lien is cleared,, and after I’m planning for closure of my saving a/c (zero balance salary account), at that time again I found that there is a lien balance of Rs.-4323/- change. Even though I cleared that balance also as on May 7, 2013. I send mail for customer service by mentioning that I have paid on 22nd May, 2013. And again they charged amount of Rs. 671.23/-, and they informed as final amount due and mentioned if payment once done then they will issue the noc too in mail communication as on 4th Jun, 2013, and that amount also paid. And then they send once again statement which contains amount of 361.24/- as outstanding. Even I paid that amount too as amount of 500/-. But till now there is no clearance from their end.

I need my CAR back because I’m salaried person and I cleared my CAR loan with personal loan support. Now I’m paying Personal Loan without having CAR, this thing is happened because of AXIS Bank Credit Card people and their improper transactions. And also help me on my credit history back.
