Axis Bank Credit Card Processing Harassment to Merchant

My firm Divine Art’n’ Jewels based at Udaipur, Rajasthan deals in handicrafts business filled a VISA credit card of my client on my EDC machine of Axis bank on 3rd Jan 2014 of amount INR 80000. According to the bank rule they release the payment the next day if no documents is required. next day the payment was on hold and as per the bank daily requirement i have submitted all the requirement documents like signed charge slip, batch close copy, copy of the passport and visa of the client and the signed invoice copy of my firm. normally after receiving these documents the very same day the payment gets released but this time they have no released my payment so far that is till today also 11th jan they have not released my payment.

When i asked from the bank about the same they now say that we require the copy of the credit card of the client. Now the client has gone from where should i get the credit card copy. And no client gives the copy of their credit card. Sir as per the bank requirement i have submitted all the requirement documents and now every time axis bank people comes up with new rule and requirement. Infact i have an account in bank of baroda also they never ask for any new documents other than charge slip copy passport and invoice, than why this axis bank is asking for new documents now and than and so far they have no released my payment. They are just harassing people like anything for every new requirement. its been 8 days they have not given my money even after submitting all required documents and are utilizing my money . sir please request you to file a case against them so that they can come to know about the proper rule of banks. if every now and then they will change the rule, how it will be possible for us to manage these. so far we have been giving only charge slip, passport & visa copy and invoice copy to bank if required by them. but now this time they have come up with new requirement that is copy of credit card. and just for the information no client is there who is willing to give the copy of their credit card as it may result in more frauds.

Sir i just request to provide me with my money along with the interest as they have been using my money since that day. and also the compensation for the pain they have given me for harassing me for not giving me my own money. they have been so very careless.. its me who has been following up with them but they have no concern about the hold.
