homeshop18 – product not received called customer care so many times

1.jan 7th I have ordered lumia 625 product code 31133087 in homeshop18 while i am ordering there is an offer of freebie nokiaasha305 mobile phone with it.then i called their customer care and confirmed about freebie and i have given order and prepaid amount 14,565 using credit card. 2.after i have given order i sent a mail to them that please dispatch the product only if there is a freebie(also i sent screenshots and savedweb page) 3.on jan 08 they dispatched my product then he called me on 9th said we will not give freebie.later i called them they kept my call on hold for so much time for many times. 4.10th jan i received the product there is no freebie finally they cheated me i am completely depressed.not only to me they did for many people 5.later on 10th jan i gave complaint every day i am calling they are extending and not solving. Really a big cheaters please take action on them .I have all the screen shots and saved web pages.

1.I want them to dispatch my product immediately i.e Freebie Nokia Asha 305. 2.All my call amounts around RS 200 has to be re embers-ed to me 3.As they are wasting my time from 8 days i want a compensation from these cheaters of rupees 4000/-
