I have been cheated by selling an unauthorised flat at medipally Village. I have purchased 4th floor Single bed room from the builder called Adi Narayana. At the time of sale deed he said that its come under 3rd floor but after registration I came to know that its fall under 4th floor which is unauthorised in Gram panchat’s. He also taken 3 years to arrange the lift for the apartment.

I want him to Punish as per Law and Justice for all the Flat owners
