I purchase a mobile Videocon A26 one month ago through online the product touch sense is not working properly when i recived it i went service center (the product is under warranty) I have given the product three weeks ago but till now i didn’t receive the product and they saying wait for two days every time when i go to service center

I want my product back with a good condition or else my money back
