sir, i have placed order on 7 november 2013 on shopclues.com but till now niether they have sent the order to me nor the refund. the order was samsung laptop of amount 23698/- i have payed for it. but every time i call customer car they say sir please give us 2-3 days we will refund your amount but no reply from them.
i want my money back i.e. 23698/- mental and physical compensation 10000/- communication charges 1000/- interest of 12% 23698/-
