Axis Bank Credit Card + Yatra Promotional Offer Advisory

My name is SAURAV KUMAR holding a saving A/c in axis bank M.G. Road, Gurgaon, branch and I had a talk on 30-JAN-2014 with Ms. Dipika who is working with axis bank and She told me that my axis bank MyZone credit card limit is going to increase from bank side and asked for the Credit card details with registered phone No. etc. and the same I confirmed at that time. At the same time she told me that you have been providing a gift voucher worth Rs. 15000.00 from Yatra.com since you are a valuable customer for our bank. Thereafter I had a talk with Mr. Rohan working with Yatra.com who explained me the details of offer that the gift voucher will comprising of 1 holiday package+ 1 pair Lotto shoes+ 1 goggles+ 1 laptop bag + 1 couple movie ticket + some shopping voucher worth Rs.3000.00 and for above that I have to spend Rs. 7999.00 . And the same is a publicity method from Yatra.com as commited by Ms. Dipika Mb: 9136744003 (Axisbank) and Mr. Rohan Mb: 9716934401(Yatra.com) . Then after a discussion, Mr. Rohan told me that the gift voucher will be dispatch at your address with return document to return the same, incase you don`t like voucher within next 45 days and your amount Rs. 7999.00 will be refunded. So I agreed on their refund guarantee and after confirming some CC details to Ms. Dipika, I got a message from axisbank, of which, a snapshot photo I am attaching here.

Finally I received the voucher on 03 MAR2014, but it was not the same as I had been told. The received item comprises of 1 shoe pair+ 1 socks pair + 1 wallet + 1 wrist watch + 1 Belt + 1 goggles and the bill received with consignee address & contact is different from foretold items list and so this was not mine and could be another person, the same bill I am attaching with the complaint. I informed the matter to both the concerned persons mentioned above but they are not helping me out from last 20-25 days and not picking up my phone also. Now, I am very frustrated after knowing that the Bank industry is totally a corrupt industry as neither I have got my gift voucher nor credit limit increased yet and they are not telling me their office address also but I have searched their contact numbers in mobile truecaller service which is showing that their Nos are registered with their respective companies i.e. Axisbank and Yatra.com.

I have lost my Rs. 7999.00 after receiving the local gift voucher as the items inside kit are like pavement items and my axisbank credit card statement has been generated twice with increased Rs. 7999.00 in the bill payment after the incidence so I am paying the same with interest calculated by the bank and my credit limit is unchanged as well. Therefore,a total of more than Rs. 8000.00 I have already lost.
