Axis Bank – Net Banking poor service

I have obtained Net Banking Facility from Axis Bank. All required exercise and documents are filed by me. But still every time I am trying to do any transaction using Net Banking Facility, msg appearing mentioning registration request is in process, try after 15 mins. This is happening since last so many months. Though I have contacted many time with customer care division of bank via mail. every time they have responded that issue is resolved, but every time issue remains same.

I wish, bank should resolve this issue ASAP and compensate to me as they are not able to fulfill their promises of services to priority customer.
