I am a Siticable registered subscriber and my details are as follows. Connection numbers VC number1: 017 6189 9564-5 VC number2: 017 6228 1261-2 My cable operator is Pooja cable (ID 716019) I have the ‘Popular Package’ running on both the set top boxes. The charges for each connection is Rs 170 + taxes = 211 Rs. My contact is HNo 15, Vivekanand Puri Sarai Rohilla Delhi – 110007 9810603372 bansal_rk@yahoo.com My complaint is as follows We have been asking for bill for both the connections but our operator ‘Pooja Cable’ has not provided us the bill. Since he is not providing us the bill we told him we will pay only Rs 170 until he gives us the bill. He responded saying we will have to pay Rs 211 without the bill and without any notice has now disconnected both our cable connections since saturday 30-November 2013. We filed a complaint on their online portal since the call center refused to accept our complaint. Our online complaint ID is 596410. Yesterday Siticable closed this complaint without any resolution, after which I asked for the nodal officer contact details and they refused to provide me that. Somehow I managed to forward my complaint to the nodal officer (nodal.del@siticable.com), but I have not got any response from him. Meanwhile me and my family continue to have no TV for the last three days. Can you please help us in escalating the matter with TRAI. Summary of my complaint 1. My cable operator is not providing me the bill 2. My connection was disconnected without prior notice 3. The call center refused to log my complaint 4. My online complaint was not resolved and closed arbitrarily 5. The did not provide me nodal officer’s details nor it is mentioned anywhere on their site 6.
