I have lodged a complaint on 2013-11-04 on Coca-Cola Company’s Customer Care No. 1800 180 2653 regarding a bad medicinal smell coming from “Fanta”, and the representative promised me that the concerned department will take action within 48 hours from the time of lodging the complaint. It’s complete one month since I have lodged the complaint but yet no action has been taken from their (COCA-COLA COMPANY) side. They have not even tried to contact me.
