I am holding AXIS bank credit card for more than 4 years and i have many bad experiences with axis bank credit card, but recently i have done some purchase with this card, My due date is 12.3.2014 and out of my total outstanding of 1.45 lakhs i have paid 85,000 today and balance is Rs.60,000 which i ll be able to remit by next week only. Now the problem is even i have paid 65% of the total outstanding they will charge me interest of 2.95% per month. its their policy so they wont consider my payment since i have not paid 100% of the Outstanding.

If i have bear the interest charges they levy on me then i ll be losing around Rs.2500/ excess and the calculation they are doing is they will consider Either i have to pay total outstanding else part payment they wont consider while charging interest on me. I am arranging this amount through personal loan and i m not sound person to bear this big interest amount levied on me.

I request your good-selves to try to get suitable relief for my payment and make no interest charges which they are claiming to levy on me.
