Bad Service from Bonanza Financial Services

Hello, This is to express my discontent in the strongest possible terms about the level of services I have been experiencing from Bonanza. While I initially believed that it could just be a one-of-case, the situation has now gone from bad to worse. To begin with, I am yet to get an update on the 1 lakh transaction/transfer I had made to the account. And to make matters worse, your Delhi Back office personnel have no clue whatsoever about the details/status of my account and neither do they have the training/courtesy/professional conduct to appropriately deal with a client in distress. To put it bluntly and pardon me for these words but they totally suck at what they do and have idea how to talk to clients. Another issue that I have been constantly facing is your offline staff keeps changing frequently which is causing a lot of inconvenience while trading. I also find no one to attend my calls on the trading desk between 9 to 9.30 am which is just not acceptable. I do not need to explain you the criticality of your personnel not being available for taking trading requests when they are required. While I am expecting that the transactions in my account gets reflected/updated ASAP, I am also strongly considering the possibility of discontinuing your services. The kind of attitude exhibited by your customer service reps as well as present state of affairs of your services, I do not think it makes much sense to continue utilizing your services. Ankush Jha
