sir my self amit kumar patel in referance to my father in law mr durgamadhab patel(on whose bsnl prepaid sim(9438306810) is aloted)want to complain that on his no caller tune has been activated due to which amount has been deducted but after knowing that i called customer care on 5th october with refrance no JO-050752413 for deactivation of this callertune service but when i agin recharge my account the balance was been again deducted when i call and ask reason for the deduction they told me that due to some technical reason the service was not stopped and is till activated due to which again money has deducted so i want to say that for their techinical issue why my money is geting deducted as i had given a request to stop it.

i want those money refund to my mobile no 9438306810 which are deducted after giving the request to stop the caller tune service.
