i converted my number (9999693789) from postpaid to prepaid. When after 60 days i didn’t get my Rs.250 security refund which i deposited while getting postpaid number. I went to vodafone store they told me come after 21 days and collect cheque from there store. i went after 21 they again told me to come after 21 days. Again i went this time also they told me same thing. Then i complaint online to there customer care. After 5-6 days they send me cheque of Rs.230. When i deposited that cheque in it bounced and bank also fined me Rs.100. Please help me.
