LENEVO SMART PHONE – Defective mobile from day one

This is Adv.Dibya Ranjan Padhy OLDEST Post paid customer of reliance telecome. Purchased a LENEVO SMART PHONE A600e Dual Sim (CDMA + GSM) IMEI no.866797016281333, RSN – RLVHSC 000016023 From Reliance WEB- WORLD STORE,BERHAMPUR (MAMA INFOCOMM) ON Date.01/10/2013.Evening Seal Opened on 02/10/2013 and found the set was defective there is no Battery BACK-UP AND GETTING HANG THEN GENERATES HEAT WITH IN 3 MINUTES USE. ON 03/10/2013 Request addressed on the official contact no Customer Care Support of Lenevo given on phone Box. Service Center Address recived from Cust.Care and deposited the said Smart phone A600e to Galaxy Service Centre on Dt. 05/10/2013 Plot no 233/A,Saheed Nagar. Today is 27/10/2013 in between these 22 days 5-7 times I have visited to Service Centre from Berhampur to Bhubaneswar and 2-3 times contacted to Customer Care but no support and service received from any one. Smart phone A600e Purchase Price was Rs.8900/- But my 5-7 times Journey for Service became more costly than that of purchase price and recieved careless response from every one.

Hence I request The LENEVO Company and RELIANCE Company that I do not want Use and keep to Continue the Lenevo service in my Life ever After this Bad Experience. So Kindly Take back your Handset and Refund My Money without any Compensation with in 48 Hours from this request received.
