I have ordered from bag-it-todays’s site one purchase w.r.t. shoes, watch & some washing stuff as appeared in the offer of 995/- on first week of march’14 SUNDAY. For some reason transaction had happened but I could not get the confirmation from merchant end in the form of mail/sms etc. after logging the complaint online / feedback, 12th march morning one of their customer care person called me and confirmed the order and gave me in-correct orderid. While asking when the delivery will happen he spoke rudely. Later I send 2-3 mails to their chief “salil.kumar”as mentioned in site and also to customer care but no response. I know in this particular busniess belongs to bg group and probabaly no action could be taken, however not leaving hope. Reagrds Sushil Vshwakarma

I want to shut their business and jail to their all sell team to call team till root to top.
