this is regarding order no. 33121686 which i booked on 24th july, 2013. while my six calls to their call center i get assured that i will get my product within next 2-3 days. already 27 days has been passed. in between one of their executive asked me to contact the transporter. i call the transporter “quantium mail logistics solutions india pvt ltd ” from them i came to know that i am calling on wrong no. which was given by the bagit today telephone executive. later on he confirmed as the bagit today haven’t paid the sales tax so the goods has been seized, it may take 1 month to indefinite time to get back the goods. there is nothing in their hand to help me out. again when i contacting bagit today over fb on 9th aug,2013 i got following message: hi hemant, we assure you that we are doing all that is possible to dispatch you the packet. we have now decided to send you a fresh packet. please wait for 3-4 days, you will have your product. regards bagittoday customer care but, i haven’t receive anything, yet.

i need my money back immediately along with the compensation and bank interest charges.
