This is regarding an order of 5 koutons shirts which I ordered on 11th March 2014. I received them on 23rd of march 2014 and the size was not meeting the expectations. Plus, one of the shirts had a green patch on it as if it was already used by somebody, so I asked for a refund as I lost the trust on the company completely. They told me to return the package myself and told me that they would refund the courier charges as well but upto Rs. 175/- The courier company charged me Rs. 155/- and they delivered the package next day. After all this, I called up on the customer care of bagittoday to check the status of my order and complaint and they told me that they still have not received anything from my side. Please help me what to do

The refund that I demanded should be given as soon as possible. The original bill was Rs. 1198/- but I gave Rs. 1200/- as the delivery guy from bagittoday had no change. So, I want a 100% refund for my money as well as a 100% refund for the money that I spent on the courier as well. Thank you
