Booked 2 holiday packs for Rs 5998 each on17-11-2012.Valid for one year.Booked for holiday voucher paying Rs.450 for each package.Tried to make use the package around August 15,2013.Attempting to book the holidays since July 1,2013.No online attempt was successful and contacted thro’ phone.no one was answering.sent the request by post.Mail got returned as there was no such office inthe address.contactd the bagit today office .Different address was given.sent to that address.no response so far.Planned holiday vanished. sent so many emails to “response@bagittoday.com”to cancel the order and refund the money.They replied to bear with the inconvenience.No refund till today.
