I was delivered 1 pair of defective Reebok shoes on 10.11.14. The same was couriered back by me on 17.11.14. Since then i have been asked for my refund (Rs.2089) and courier charges (Rs.110) aggregating to Rs.2119/-. I have exchanged almost 21 mails with bagittoday. They say that they have refunded the money to my bank account but are not ready to give may NEFT number.

a) Monetary loss of Rs.2119 b) Mental Harassment that cannot be quantified. c) Waste of time on e-mails and phone calls with customer care for refund.
