BSNL – Broadband not working no service

I had requested to shift my (Telephone+Broadband)connection (my number 0172-2265xxx) on Nov. 28, 2014 BSNL . The telephone was installed on Dec. 3, 2014. The broadband started working on Dec. 6. Till date i.e. Dec 18 the broadband has not started working properly, ping request fails and I am not able to open any websites. Its only for 3 or 4 days that internet has worked for full days and for remaining days I had not been able to use it. I had lodged a complaint about the same first on Dec 9 (complaint num. 1022120622) and second time on Dec 15. (complaint num. 1022209529) but still to no use. Today I called Mr. Manohar Lal(JTO) mobile num. 946360xxx addressing this issue and received an answer “Tenu chalna Ni anda”, meaning I do not know how to use. I had expected a professional reply. I have been using internet for past 10 years and understand the problem if it is at my end or there end..

I want to close my connection bsnl connection and want the Dec bill to be waived off and charges of the new connection that would be around ?1100 should be paid by them..
