I have paid Rs.699 a few months back to shophunk.com against a mobile phone deal. After this the amount was being retained by the company and neither any benefit of the deal is being given nor the amount has been refunded. After logging in the shophunk.com, I am only able to see the available credit points of Rs. 699 in my account but I didn’t get the refund of the same till date. I have lodged many complaints in the site but the money has not being refunded. I want my money back from shophunk.com worth Rs.699

I have not received any communication from the company till date even after several reminders which is very unfortunate and unethical.
