Order # 33321142 am completely disappointed by the service given by BAGIT (Vacation Desk) When the offer had to be sold, the Sales Executive gave away false promises saying I would get the link in 24hrours at the max…. I received the link but in spite of several follow-up calls and emails I keep on getting the same response. 1st Call – 11th Oct – After several attempts finally the Customer Service Exec (Asheet Kumar) was on his seat and picked my call. He mentioned It’s a technical error and same has been emailed to the technical team and should be done by Monday Morning 2nd Call – 14th Oct – Assurance was false and now Mr Asheet Kumar assured that it would be done in 24/48 Hrs or max by Tue (15th Oct) Evening (Email Confirmation below) 3rd Call – 16th Oct – Another fake assurance from Mr Asheet Kumar, it should be done by Evening 16th Oct. (It’s so far 15:45 and issue still the same) When I questioned 4 times that if the issue does not resolve what I need to do or what he would do…all his responses were “Main aur kya batau sir” and kept in assuring that Ho Jayega.. I have been a victim of poor customer service by Mr Asheet Kumar and BAGIT as I have been getting false assurances and no responses to my emails until I call to check and then a response is sent. When asked to direct me to a Supervisor or the next in line for escalation, I have been turned away saying I’m the only Supervisor/Senior member and none above me to escalate nor any other department where I can reach. I already have a Train booking done for 27th Nov and would need to have a Check In for 28th Nov for GOA but this delay would make the availability of Hotels more difficult and even if I have to not take this offer.
I would have to shell out more money to book Hotels as I am closing on the dates. I wonder if there is anyone or any department who has any authority/power/Control to resolve my issue immediately otherwise provide my COMPLETE refund of INR 3999/- immediately. I expected that a big name like the INDIA TODAY GROUP/AAJTAK Brand would be exceptional in providing Service but I’m completely disappointed more so because it is my first time I would ensure I share my experience with BAGIT as much as possible so that others do not go through the pain and torture of poor Customer Service and Service
