Bajaj Allianz – Extended warranty Insurance claim delayed

My complaint I got an extended warranty from Bajaj Allianz for my Hitachi Air conditioner. The policy number is OG-14-1000-6609-00030042. The policy shows that the purchased brand is LG while I purchased a Hitachi AC. Today after one year my AC had some problem with the sensor which Bajaj is not willing to replace as the policy shows that I bought an LG office. This is Bajaj’s problem and not mine. I have sent them original bill and they have been giving me dates after date. The complaint number given to me is 55136802 on email and 44181973 on the phone. Request your help to have this resolved please.
