Bajaj Allianz Health Insurance – Refusal to Renew

Respected sir/madam,

I, Abid Jawed, most humbly beg to state that I had done health insurance from your company. My Bajaj Allianz (health card) policy no is. OG-12-2401-6002-00000087. My health insurance expired on 14th July, 2012 but unfortunately it could not be renewed because this time I was neither called nor reminded by your company customer care executive for renewal.

I was also not sent any letter to my registered address regarding renewal, I was informed by your customer care executive that my policy would not be renewed further just because I had not renewed on time (or maybe because I had claim this time, I guess)
My request before your good self is that my policy be renewed at the earliest so that I do not be denied health insurance benefits.
