Micromax Handset Q35 not working properly

Dear Sir,

I had purchased a micromax mobile handset model no. Q35 (IMEI No. – 911128700079814, 911128700385534 & 910203200079811) on dated 07.11.2011 vide bill no. 5060 of book no. 51. From past six months this is not working properly (Network fail and voice is very low & not clearly to other side). During warranty, I have given this to micromax service centre BEST TECH SERVICES, Sikandarpur, Gurgaon for repairing 3 times since July 2012. But problem has not resolved yet. This service centre sent my handset to micromax company two times for repairing and returned me first time in 20 days in (Sep. 2012) and second time in 1 month (approx.) on 12 Oct. 2012. My last job sheet no. is N050070-0912-1840737.
One more problem is, micromax has changed IMEI no. of my handset and light of keypad not working.
My mobile has not not repaired properly yet.
You are kindly requested to look into the matter and solve my problem. Otherwise I will have no option but to take shelter of legal provisions as applicable.
