Nokia Care center situated in my city Korba,Chhattisgarh is just eschewing its responsibilities.I purchased a Nokia e6 mobile on 28.03.2012 from Sharda Telecom whose IMEI no. is 35875048531351 vide Invoice no. ST2011-12/14866. Merely within a fortnight, the lower half of its touch-screen stopped working.Besides, it was hanging a lot.I approached the local Nokia Care center, they kept the mobile for around 6 hours with them saying they will replace the touchscreen of the same, but it was returned back to me saying they dont have it in their store, hence they will have to order it from outside which will take 15 days time.After 15 days they asked for another 15 days time.
This way, they have been procrastinating the change for the past 7 months.Now, its lock key has also stopped working.I cannot use the mobile phone which has many important data which I am unable to access due to being unable to unlock the phone because of its unresponsiveness.Neither Sharda Telecom nor the local care center are responding to my problem.I wonder if the Nokia management has really become defaulter and utterly shameless.On which platform I should raise my voice.Should I throw this piece which has cost me Rs. 15,500/ into the gutter.I am simply perplexed
