Bajaj Allianz Insurance – Mediclaim Not Settled – Review

Respected Sir, I Ajay Shankar Prasad of Singtam East Sikkim, having a complaint against Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company branch at Singtam bazaar that is I have medical policy of this company vide policy No.259069823 and ID card no. BAL-0259069823-107, my complain is I have a medical claim against done a small surgerical treatment on the month of November 2013 in Silliguri, then I submitted all receiving medical document and bill from hospital to branch office for medical claim with the concern of office staff and specially with the branch manager but till day I cannot receiving any clam amount from insurance company. For the same I visit lots of time to the office, but I can’t get satisfaction with them, and lastly a call to me from Mumbai head office and advice me to again submit all original document with seal and revenue stamp, so it is not possible for me to re-collect medical paper again from Silliguri Hospital after a long period, after all I am received and submit ted all relevant paper and bill to branch office so how can they are provide me again hospital bill. And if any mistake or incomplete on formality so, why not manager should be advice properly to the policy holder or costumer. So, I request to you please take necessary action on these case.
