Reliance has charged for usage post disconnection. As per emails from Reliance and charges post Jan-31-2014 is supposed to be reverted back but they have now involved collection department to collect funds and the collection department is harassing on calls on daily basis. It’s been a while the I’ve tried to talk to customer care and the appellate but it seems like they are ignoring us. an email from rele.reliable.enterprises@gmail.com which is not from relianceada.com is in the inbox demanding for payment. This guy is no where from reliance and is trying to disturb us and harass me o this.
