1. i had migrated from postpaid to prepaid connection in April 2014. 2. MY mobile number and service provider were same. 3. I requested for refund of extra amount which i paid i paid in the bill of postpaid connection. 4. reference of correspondence is as under – Docket ID 2527604594 dated 21 April 2014 – Service ID no 2544548898. – Call from Customer care representative, Mr Deepak yadav on 04 July 14 at 10:12 AM. – My mail dated 15 June 2014 and acknowledgement from your good office vide mail dated 16 June. 5. i was assured that refund will be given on 12 june, but till date i have not got the refund. 6. when i raised the issue to nodal officer, he also asked for 25 more days.

money not refunded since four months and i had to undergo mental trauma of following this case
