Sir, I was a traveler from Canada on 10th July to Mumbai through jetairways ticket. ( Thunder bay – Toronto-London-Mumbai) When I landed in Mumbai airport on 11th night (11:30PM) through jet airways flight 9W 119 I was shocked to here that my both the check-in baggages were missing as it is not connected to Jet flight in London Heathrow airport. So, I registered complaint in the Jet airways office in the airport (File Ref : BOM9W60844/11JUL14
Already nearly 9 days have elapsed since the incidence and the jet customer care is not responding to my e-mails to find the status of the baggages. They have given me assurance that my grievance would be resolved in maximum 2 weeks time while lodging the complaint. However, there is no sign of resolving the same. They have given me interim relief of INR 2000 on 11th night (the day of incidence) which is a pittance when compared to the losses incurred
