Tikona Broadband – Network Problem – Review

I have taken Tikona’s internet connection with plan of of 2mbps speed(80GB plan). I am facing continuous network problem. I have logged 4-5 complains at their local office via customer care(on call), but they are not responding to my complain and giving fake assurance to customer. On several occasion without solving problem they have changed the status of complain to resolved. I have talked with several people of their tech. support team of pune such as Sachin, Ganesh, Sagar, Abhishek, Khan and one senior manager Raja regarding my issue but still result is zero. Tikona’s service is horrible in this area. They have taken all payment in advance. Now, I want full refund because of poor network and worst service ever I come across. My User name: 1110417010
