We have send him all the medical Bills as well as MRI REPORT also for clarification. Now they want CITY SCAN report, but as per doctor suggestion we have MRI test only. My fathers illnesses date is 31/07/2014 and we have applied for these claim around in August month. But still not getting any response. They says their your application is rejected. But they don’t says that Why? So, please help us Sir.
