I have brought nokia lumia 720 from Tradus company through online.From last 3 month my mobile functional touch keys are not responding properly and sound can be heard only through headphone and recently on connecting mobile to laptop through USB cable mobile is not getting defected… my mobile is still under warranty period..in spite of this nokia care guys are giving some are the other reason and not providing me service for free.
I had been to two of the nokia care center and got no help.When product is under warrant period,i could not understand why i should go around and seek service for free.Finally on hearing to so many of my friends about consumer court ,i hope this is only place where i could get justice.Since nokia Care center is not responding for my complaints i would request to replace my handset with a new 1.
