This is a policy which was forced upon me. The total premium they charged and added to my loan amount was Rs.60,000. I didn’t receive the Policy during the grace period, so couldn’t cancel it. Now, they are telling me Surrender Value after 1-Year is Rs.27,000. This is daylight robbery. Most unfair means of robbing unsuspecting customers. I DIDN’T WANT THIS POLICY TO BEGIN WITH. WHY SHOULD I PAY 33000 FOR SOMETHING THAT I NEVER WANTED?

I want my 60,000 refunded to me along with the interest charges. They have defrauded me by imposing the policy upon me. The loan officer just got tons of papers signed without ever mentioning anythung about the policy. I didn’t receive the policy in time to have it cancelled during cooling off period.
